"Jon is one of those people you hope for when getting any kind of work done: prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. Making an appointment was very easy as well and Jon was on time. He even came out on the weekend to finish after being interrupted by an enormous thunderstorm. We needed our homes electric revamped after a few other we bought it. Jon came out and in a few hours had installed new ground wires, replace all the switches and outlets, rewired the pannel, installed new wire to the kitchen, installed 8 new light fixtures and made several suggestions for upgrading areas that needed more power for new apliances. He even diagnosed a damaged electrical service wire in my meter box. The only reason that I rated the price with a C is that I purchased the service for two hours (since that was offered) and I had no clue how long this would take. I don't know what hourly rates for electricians are, it may very well be a good deal and  I may be way out of touch where prices are concerned.

"Repairmen came out. Changed the front door sensor. Explained he wasn't charging me for the sensor. The next day the alarm went off again. Called to have them come out again and was told the repairman said he fixed the door but did not replace the sensor. That if the sensor were repaired they would have charged $75 on top of the $75 service charge. Something is shady and I'm very unsatisfied. They are coming out again Tuesday. I hope I can provide an update that redeems them."
