"I would recommend Zen windows in a heartbeat. I only needed two windows replaced in my apartment, which most companies will not want to do because it is too small a job. I spoke with Andersen windows and they quoted me over $5000.00! They were great windows, but still... So, I looked for other options and found Zen windows. I liked their approach and philosophy. There was absolutely no pressure. The price they quoted me was what I paid: $2300.00. That included new windowsills. The windows I chose were not the same quality as the Andersen windows, but they are still great for what I need. I was not there for the installation, but my husband really liked the installer. Everything was done in a couple of hours and looked great when I got home. From my angle: great value for your money."

"The appointment started off poorly . The installers were a half-hour late; however, they apologized and explained that the office was being opened in a new location that day and they had no phone or internet service. The installers immediately started work and worked diligently until they were done. The door looks very nice and they cleaned up after themselves. As far as we can tell, the door was installed properly. They explained the locking features of the door and also reviewed the installed door with us."

"We had a few estimates for replacing single pane aluminum windows and storm windows. Joshua Best was the most thorough, had the best selection, addressed all our concerns and had the best price. He was not a hard sell, but wanted to make sure we knew what was available at several price points and materials. We were impressed with his attention to detail making sure the outside trim was replaced, painted and matched existing trim and the inside wood trim was not disturbed. He even came back to install the fifth window at a later date. So far the windows have worked great and look great. <br />"

"I haven't had my windows cleaned before, so I don't have a baseline against which to compare.  Overall, I would consider the service above average, but not a slam dunk for repeat service. <br /> Everyone involved was pleasant and professional.  Patty did a fantastic job fitting me into the schedule according my needs and the weather.  Communication was great on this issue.  Two people showed up to do the work.  One was 10 minutes early and other right on time. <br /> There was some miscommunication about whether track cleaning was included in the price, and to their credit, they ended up doing a basic wipe-down of the window tracks for the quoted price.  (Though I would have been happier if less water/mud had been left in the tracks.)  I'd note that they usually clean the screens for the quoted price, which they didn't have to do in my case since I had brand new screens, so that was to their benefit.  (Prior to the track cleaning discussion, no credit had been offered.) <br /> The quality of the cleaning itself I would consider a B, though I have admittedly high standards and am very detail oriented.  My windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and several required scraping and steel wool, especially on the west side of the house where the prevailing winds blow the most dirt.  In addition, several windows have scratches on the outside and condensation between the panes (broken seals), which I obviously didn't expect them to address in any way.  There is no doubt my windows are much cleaner than they were before, but I can find some missed spots and the occasional un-wiped edge on virtually every window.  Some of these are admittedly tiny, but others I can see from across the room, especially on the windows in my garage.  They were happy to clean any spots that I pointed out, but I didn't have time to check window thus ended up letting many slide. <br /> In short, scheduling was excellent, the people were pleasant and the cleaning was above average, but not so impressive that I'm likely to recommend them to friends without qualifiers. <br />"

"Easy, professional, beautiful from beginning to end! From the moment my husband and I met the rep at the home show in Denver to the very last detail of clean up at our house, the people at Paramount were respectful, courteous, kind and helpful. The large picture window they replace in our home is beautiful! The only thing we had to do was move the furniture away from the area, they did absolutely everything else. The three men who did the install were on time, thoughtful in our home, and seemed to go above and beyond to finish the project with excellence. "After going through the headache of getting quotes from several window companies, JDI was a standout for both customer service, pricing, and quality. If you're in the market for windows you know, or soon will, that high pressure sales are the preferred tactic for most retailers. They will try to force you to commit to an overpriced product at a "discount" if you give up you ability to look into their quality claims or make comparisons. This was NOT my experience with JDI windows. Rex, the co-owner, is a straight forward businessman who stands behind his product and doesn't try to over-sell it to you. From sales, to ordering, to measuring, and installation, I couldn't be happier with this window buying experience. If you're in the market for custom home windows I cannot recommend skipping the big name national brands and going straight to JDI windows. I truly believe you won't find better service with a better product at a better price than JDI windows."
