TBG contacted me first, and I was immediately impressed with the person I talked to (Michelle). Three days later, Jorge arrived at my house at exactly the scheduled time to give me an estimate. He listened to all my concerns about my old door and gave me options for each concern. I decided to get a completely new door with a special trim kit to keep outdoor debris from blowing into my garage when the garage door is closed. On installation day, Jorge and Edwin arrived right on schedule and did a great job of installing the door and cleaning up after the installation. Jorge even swept and bagged a lot of fallen pine needles in my driveway -- now that's going "the extra mile."
