It s extremely rare these days to find anyone in the service industry with the kind of work ethic Chris has, as well as the desire to perform quality work. His customers are guaranteed the job will be done right! We would recommend Chris services to everyone and anyone! You won t be disappointed!"

"I called and Louis answered right away... he listened to our issue (low hot water pressure in the kitchen sink) and made some suggestions. He really was helpful in trying to help us resolve the issue which we really appreciated! Since hubby is skilled somewhat with plumbing we ended up going out and getting a replacement faucet - BUT C.T Mechanical and Louis are now safely saved in my contacts and the next time we need a plumber we know who we are going to call. I am not usually much in writing reviews but when I get exceptional service it deserves to be publicized! Thanks Louis & C.T. Mechanical!!"

Customers say: Quality work

"Excellent communication! They arrived promptly and installed a pedestal sink and new pipes. They also assessed another situation on the spot- leaky basement pipe and replaced it. We are very satisfied with the work and price. I would recommend them to anyone!"

"I hired Alliance to complete several jobs in my newly purchased home including: 1. bringing bathroom and kitchen plumbing up to code, 2. installing a garbage disposal and faucet, 3. installing a new toilet and fixing plumbing to toilet, and 4. multiple pinpoint leaks and pipe corrosion in the basement plumbing. From the start, it was such an easy and stress-free process. Communication was constant through email and text about the service dates and ETA of the team members, which was fantastic as I was traveling back and forth between my current and new home. The estimator (Mike) was at my home the day after I made the initial call and walked through everything with me in a friendly, well-informed, and pressure-less manner. He never tried to upsell me and, in fact, helped me prioritize the most important items to address. The plumbing technician (Andrew) was at my house five days later with all of the required materials and worked for 8 hours on the various items. He even found and fixed another broken component while working which probably saved me additional stress and money! At the end of the service, he walked through all of the fixes, went over the warranties associated with them, and ensured my satisfaction before processing payment. He was so impressive that another contractor working on the painting in my home asked him for Alliance's business card. I would hire Alliance again for any plumbing need and would recommend them without hesitation to friends, family, strangers, or anyone else with plumbing needs!"

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Hightstown, NJ

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
