We also found out that the line was almost 7 feet underground when it should have been no more than 4. Bill didn’t use that as an excuse to jack up the price and stuck to what was originally agreed on. The job was also completed on schedule. Then the actual cleaning of the line was $500 and up depending on the results of the camera. Gold Medal had a fixed price for cleaning out a sewer line. They came and quickly diagnosed the problem and cleaned it out. Our technician Brett was awesome and even put us in touch with DryTech to assist cleaning up the water damage."
