However, the following week his response was he is a one man shop and tries to work on bids at night. Told me he was busy fishing over the weekend and needed a break but had not started on our bid yet. In the meantime I sent pictures of some ideas that we liked but this seemed to confuse him about what we wanted. I thought the pictures made it clear.
