"This is a response to a review that I did a couple of months ago. Even though I was upset with the service that I got from one of the text who I would call vindictive I wanted to the office that next morning, and I asked for a manager, and I got Mr. Curtis, and Mr. Curtis told me that he would come out to the house and he would bring a check with him and his name was Travis. And when I tell you that Mr. Curtis made me feel like he was a superman like he could just change everything and he , as a manager went up underneath my house to check and see if there was anything wrong the unit to see if there was anything wrong in it Iâ ll say Travis and also the inside of the house. And again I say, Mr. Curtis, Iâ ll give you a 10 for everything that you did , you change my mind about the way I felt about the service tech at Blantons and sometimes it takes just one to renew your faith and a thing even though my faith is in God but faith and people and I thank you for everything that you did Blantons truly has a jewel and Mr. Curtis and Travis too because heâ s good in his right But I think you not to say that I donâ t have a problem with the unit, but Iâ m satisfied. When I called Howe's HVAC sevices to give me an estimate on installing a new HVAC unit I talked to the owner Jordan Howe. Jordan stated he could come out that day and give me an estimate.Jordan came, looked at what I wanted done, was very knowledgeable about my split system and what it would cost to replace the unit. Jordan gave me three options all very resonable.I decided on one option and called to set up a time for the installation.This was on Tuesday. Jordan said he could do the installation on Thirsday or Friday. I decided on a date and time.Jordan gave me several updates on the time he would arrive.Jordan showed up on the agreed time and removed the old unit and air handler and replaced the new unit and air handler with no problems or extra costs.I am very happy with the work that was done.
