Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. THANK YOU!!"

Customer service was great starting with sales rep and throughout installation. They removed the big whirlpool tub and installed a walk-in tub."

He also gave me the option to pick up the materials he needed so I could avoid the markup Cransten would charge if he picked up the materials. This was clearly explained before, so I wasn't blindsided and could decide which option would be best for me. It was a fantastic experience all around!"

He was always making sure his employees were doing a job correctly. He explained to me everything step by step. He also removed the popcorn ceiling in my living room. i decided to hire him because he knows what he is doing and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I hired another company to remove the popcorn ceiling in my bathroom downstairs and they did not do the quality work Alexis did. Recently, I hired him again to replace my toilet downstairs and again, he got the job done on time and performed a quality job.
