"I like somebody who is in business for himself. He is very cordial and reliable. He returns phone calls; he picks up the phone when you call his company. There is immediate communication. His son works with him and he is also very well educated as far as understanding the system. So, I have just have confidence in them. I do not get a run around like I had from others. If I replace my system here, he is the person I am going to first for a bid. He is also going to be my benchmark so to speak. I just feel that if I have a problem he will take care of it, and he will be persistent. He would not give me some song and dance routine like it is no longer under warranty and that it is no longer his problem that kind of thing. He wants to do justice to his work. He found ways to save me money once he got started on the project like when he installed our new HVAC system."

"Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
