"We hired Streamline to replace a support beam in our kitchen that was too small. They came out and looked and gave us a quote. They started on time and stayed until the job was done. It took several days, but Mark and Harry were in constant contact and communication with them was great. We didn’t have to worry about the little things that pop up on jobs like this. They did exactly what they promised and even came back a few extra times to make sure it was perfect. Everything about this team was just wonderful. My wife and I are extremely grateful for their effort and would absolutely hire them again "

"Great! The kitchen turned out to be more beautiful then I had imagined. The crew was friendly, respectful and professional. The job was completed in time projected. The total cost was more then the estimate, but some of that was my fault due to additions that I requested. I would hire them again for future projects if cost permitted. Thank you to Donovan, Mike, Dacy, Kevin, Jake, Rick and anyone else involved that I may have left out. They all did a wonderful job in completing my beautiful kitchen."

"I've worked with many different contractors and service people in the past and must say that Bob Leonard & Associates has provided, by far, the best service I've received. They're professional, punctual, and quick to respond to inquiries and questions. Will definitely do business with them again. <br />"

"We originally just wanted to remodel our kitchen and family room. They were separate rooms and we wanted to take down the wall to create a more open feeling. We later decided to remodel our laundry room and bathroom too. Brawley Construction was very professional in every aspect. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were very helpful in helping us make decisions. They were very understanding and agreeable to all the additional things we asked for too. Their workers Ed and Angel were very professional as well. They did all the work from demolition to all last minute details. They were very articulate in all phases of the job. We LOVE our newly remodeled home! I would highly recommend Brawley Construction for any remodeling job!"

"He did a real good job.  We liked the job he did.  It is really nice.  Everybody comes to the house and asked who had done all that and so they hire him to do other jobs around the neighbourhood.  The price was reasonable.  I called three different companies, all of them wanted $20000 to $22000.  He charged me almost half of that.  He charged me less than $10,000.  I bought the windows and the sidings but together it was half of what the other companies were trying to charge me.  We like the work.  The only thing that I would complain about was that, he works with the contractor right, he subcontracted somebody to come in and take two or three trees out because we cemented the whole backyard, because we have a swimming pool.  We did the patio and the walkway and all that.  He had to take out two trees, but the big trees the guy took out, he drove his trailer up on my yard.  I guess that was easier for him but in the process of doing that, he made tire marks.  He loaded a lot of stuff in the trailer.  Tire marks were left on the lawn.  I have a hard time telling him "hey you have to take care of that," because he fell.  I just little by little filled it up. That was about it.  Other than that, I was really happy with what they did.  He was there everyday and early in the morning and sometimes he worked on Sundays too.  They broke a lot of concrete where they put cobalt stone.  That costs a lot of money than doing the siding and the window.  I have three rentals and so every time I need something, I just call him.   Even though he is doing other work, he still comes over and put in the work schedule.  I guess, he appreciate the fact that when people come and ask, I tell them how much I paid and they look at the work. They call him and utilize him.  In my opinion, he is a very fair person, a whole lot fair than the other companies.  He is professional and comes and does the work.  I have no problems with him."

"Advanced serviced the company I worked for and we contracted them for the house we rented before buying this house. They also did the home pest inspection during the buying process of this house. We have used them for about four years now. We find very few spiders and no ants in the house and we feel the service is working for the rural area we are in. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Hilmar, CA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
