I think it was Scott who answered (no recorder!) and he said he could have 2 guys out to our house within 45 minutes to install it. The job went so smooth. They did arrive within 45 minutes. The 2 guys were very knowledgeable about installing a heater. They were efficient, quiet, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also took the old heater and the box the new heater came in. Took about 3 hours to remove the broken spigot, go to buy a new one and install. Also recommended an upgrade of a water shut off valve that will be a nice addition to prevent future freezing. Only downside is that the overall price was a little high. Upfront by the job pricing is nice if things get complicated, but you end up paying a little more than you should for simple jobs especially when they have to cover costs of getting leads through Angi. This caused about a 60 minutes of extra time for the technician to search around for the part and then go pick it up. Other than that, the water heater gas control valve was successfully installed and I've got hot water again."
