Visit with company rep (Ron) was actually pleasurable and informative. No high pressure. Very good price. Ron was punctual - put shoe covers over his shoes before he entered our home. He was prepared and knowledgeable. We gave a deposit and signed the contract yesterday AND we are not second guessing ourselves today. We did our homework and Window King won out over the others. This is a responsible, reliable, high-quality company. We look forward to our future relationship and our new windows."

"Ron, the company president, came out to give me an estimate. He was very upfront and thorough, and I felt comfortable with what he told me. He seemed a little taken aback when I asked for a written contract, but wrote one up on the spot anyway. They called to follow up a week later, and I placed my order, along with the required $500 deposit. On installation day, the installers showed up on time. However, they didn't seem to speak much English, and I had to inform them they were looking at the wrong windows. With that cleared up, they set to work - without much of a break - for about 6 hours, installing the new glass blocks. I was impressed by their work ethic, but when they had questions the language barrier seemed pretty steep. The previous owner had run some wires through the old window sills, wires we had since disconnected. The installers, unfortunately, didn't ask before running them through the mortar. I noticed before the mortar dried, and was able to take the wires out and re-pack the mortar. Overall, they did a nice job, and the windows seem very securely installed."

I had to ask them if they could touch up some windows. Their price was a little high. Some of the other prices I got were lower but they didn't clean the windows the way these people cleaned them."
