They contacted me early last week to schedule service for my HVAC system, and I agreed to their preferred date—the following Monday. I received a confirmation email on Sunday and a reminder Monday morning for the upcoming afternoon appointment. I drove 1.5 hours to the service site, only to be met with confusion and poor communication. When I called at 12:30 to ask for a specific arrival time, I was told the technician would contact me 30 minutes before arriving—but they couldn’t give me a time estimate. I waited another 2.5 hours before receiving a call informing me that no technician would be coming at all. My only options were to reschedule or cancel. I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on long hold. Eventually, I was told the manager was “too busy” to speak with me and would call me later. That call never came. This experience was a complete waste of time and resources, and the lack of accountability was appalling. Hunt’s HVAC Services failed to honor their commitment, communicate effectively, or show basic courtesy. I strongly advise others to stay away from this business."

"We had As You Wish come out and quote a panel upgrade for a new generator setup with direct plug. All Generac equipment. They took a small deposit and came back a few days later and did the work. Drivers came from Tacoma area and were on time. Techs were Alejandro and I didn't catch the other guys name. Super nice and knowledgeable. They got everything staged, boxes mounted to the walls and ready to go before turning off the power to hook it all up. Once they had the power off, they worked quickly and got it done and the power was back on. Once it was done, they cleaned up and showed me how to use the system when I need it for the next power outage. When it came time to pay the balance, it was exactly what was quoted and not a penny more. Its was a refreshing experience to have both great techs and no surprises for the payments. I will absolutely have them do any other work I need on this property without hesitation. Total invoice was $5,323 "
