If the work had been completed in a timely manner and if the quality of the finished product had been what was promised, that could have justified the extremely premium price we paid them. Communication was horrible throughout the experience, constant delays and made-up fairy tale excuses for being late. Three months for a job that should have taken 2 weeks. Nothing ?premier? about our horrible experience so far. Communication about the job 0/10. Quality of work 0/10. Duration of the job 0/10. We?ve paid a ?premier? price and have received nothing in return. Currently waiting on a new person to return my call, as the previous area manager won?t answer my texts or phone calls. Avoid this company if you want good work at a fair price done in a timely manner. It has been 2 months without a working shower and now it must be re-done because the work is substandard and no one will get back"

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."
