"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."

"John is very professional. Replaced valves for washing machine and fixed two toilet leaks. Definitely hire him for any additional plumbing work needed. Prompt and courteous."

"The plumber did a excellent job installing the tankless gas water heater."

"I found New Gen Plumbing on Angi and selected them due their high rating. Well the rating was well deserved. They contacted me the same day and scheduled a FREE consultation. I was scared they were going to tell me I needed a new wyd heater but they didn’t. Thank goodness! I have a tankless water heater they simply needed to be descaled. Sixto did a great job and I’m back in business with a plan to keep using them going forward. Sixto even gave me some pointers on my water filtration system the day would help the overall performance and efficiency of my water heater. Much appreciated. I highly recommend!!!"

"Had a leak in my master bathroom, behind the outer shell of my tub. Apex Elite quickly scheduled time to come assess the situation, and they were quick on the repair. High-quality work, great customer service, at a reasonable price. What else can you ask for?"

"We had a water heater leak from the attic. We called insurance and did a general search on google for water mitigation in houston, but Google tends to give big companies that work from a pricelist and have large overhead. We ended up finding Louis and his family via angie's list and found out that he was local. He also gave the best estimate among everyone we called. With a 1 year warranty on his work and assurances that we wouldn't have any issues. We were very glad we spent the extra time to find Louis. He was super fast and attentive. A+++"
