They fit me into their schedule the same day and it was installed about 4 hours after my initially contact with them. Casey and Phil were great. "Eddie was mostly great but one grade off because he told me I needed a new toilet not for it to be unplugged; turns out after installing a new toilet this weekend it still actually needs to be unplugged. But the sink he unplugged works great. I just wish my toilet did too."

"Paul was on time, worked through all of my issues and required "fixes". He was polite and was in constant movement going from one project to another. The Kitchen Faucet I purchased did not have the correct base plate and he called the Supplier and chase down the correct part number for me to buy what I needed. He could have very easily made it my problem to "figure it out" Customer Service at it's best"
