"Went extremely well. I called David Gray when I first contracted with the contractor to build our new sunroom. David called us back within hours and was delighted to hear from us. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout this process. I called him a week before the contractor started to work on my property and David had already made arrangements with them. He drove out to our home to review the electrical work we needed and reviewed light fixtures, ceiling fan, etc. David listened to what our needs were and had excellent suggestions. We sent a message through Angie's List asking if they could install a toilet seat (soft close seat for a Toto Dual Flush toilet).  We received a quick response from Frank Pellerito asking us to provide details in order for them to send us a price quote.  We appreciate the promptness. However, after contacting Toto online, we received the information we needed to tackle the job ourselves.
