"So far so GREAT! Coast to Coast came and installed my new AC and Furnace about a month ago. The pricing was much better than two other quotes I received. In addition, the unit had a better seer rating than the other quotes so I will receive a rebate from City of Ocala on the AC unit, which I would not have gotten with the other units. They completed the forms for me for both gas and electric rebates. From the day they came out to give me a quote to installation by Tony, Fred, Taylor and Chris, to the ladies at the office who prepared my rebates, I am grateful for an excellent job done. Now just waiting for the inspector to get scheduled and come so I can take the envelope off my front window. Who says you can only get two of the three? "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I had a water heater issue. First idea was to find a good plumber on Angie's list so I put in the request. I got matched with 3 options and Kelly's was one of them. When I got a call from Kelly and we discovered the distance he would have to travel we agreed this was too far. Instead of just hanging up Kelly proceeded to talk me through how my water heater works, what things can / should I check on my own and precautions to take. Armed with this knowledge I successfully checked and am in the middle of confirming it is the top thermostat. The fix should be less the $20 bucks! "It is really too early to say anything about them.  I can say that they have been really nice, helpful, and courteous.  They showed up on time and called me before hand so that I could put my dogs inside and so forth.  I do not know the difference in my yard yet because it has only been a short while.  They have an initial service which is priced higher and then I have to pay a fee every other month.  Their price is very comparable; I was real thrilled with the price.  It was a very good price and they were willing to do my front and back yard for less than everybody else.  So far I have been real happy with them."

Matt reviewed my last 12 months electric bills and was able to recommend a system that has eliminated my electric bill. Matt was a little aggressive on the installation timeframe but was there for me every step of the way as we addressed any unforeseen delays. Matt was always there when I had questions or concerns and was very responsive. End result I have the system I wanted and it's functioning properly.
