"So far so GREAT! Coast to Coast came and installed my new AC and Furnace about a month ago. The pricing was much better than two other quotes I received. In addition, the unit had a better seer rating than the other quotes so I will receive a rebate from City of Ocala on the AC unit, which I would not have gotten with the other units. They completed the forms for me for both gas and electric rebates. From the day they came out to give me a quote to installation by Tony, Fred, Taylor and Chris, to the ladies at the office who prepared my rebates, I am grateful for an excellent job done. Now just waiting for the inspector to get scheduled and come so I can take the envelope off my front window. Who says you can only get two of the three? I got all three great Quality, Cost, Service."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent professional service from start to finish."

"Highly recommended; Honest, Intergrity, EXCELLENT work, Friendly, Neat, ONTIME!!!, professional... They are my level of good and reasonable service. I have hired them (Teddy & Ali) several times, and their honesty regarding the issues of the appliances they have inspected is beyond words. There is NO service fee! and they explain what the potential problem is. Out of the 4 times I have called them for service 2 times were just minor adjustments to my unit and it was a fraction of the price others charged, while paying the others a Service call fee."

"The service manager of McCall Service was extremely professional and he closed up all the holes and excluded all the rats from my house and garage.
