"We have used Fresh Finish Pools for almost seven years now. In the beginning Ray would do the service visit himself and we were very satisfied. As the company grew, we lost Ray and got another service technician that, over time was unsatisfactory. We were getting to the point we were going to start looking for another company. Yesterday a new technician, Conner serviced our pool, we were very pleased. Conner did more than test the water and casually drag a pool net around the edge, he took the time to vacuum the pool, worked on the salt cell and was very friendly when I came out to thank him for the complete job he did.
