He was patient, giving me time to consider my options and budget. Micky and his team did a topnotch job of installing the windows. Wow! The new windows are beautiful! I didn't expect the trim to look any different; however, it is also brand new. The windows have many features that make cleaning and safety easy to manage. I am no longer disturbed by the sounds of traffic outside. I use a room air conditioner, and I was able to keep it at a low setting in this hot, humid weather. In the past I had to blast the A/C to get any comfort at all. I'm looking forward to being able to be in any room of my house in the winter without cold air flowing through my windows. Certainly my utility costs will be lower due to the efficiency of these excellent windows. It was a lot of work for this old house. Everyone in the company, including Jeremy, the owner, did a superb job. I would definitely hire them again if I have additional projects. They should be at the top of your list when you decide to start home improvement projects."
