"We had Guy Ciluffo here from SILA this morning. It was a most pleasant experience. Everything worked according to plan. Guy called us before he came and showed up in time. While he did maintenance on our furnace he explained what he was doing and why. He also checked the valve on a radiator and gave tips re our AC system. Very professional and straight forward! Fortunately, we had no repairs or replacements but we decided to subscribe to a maintenance plan, not the least because of our pleasant experience with the SILA visit."

Since it was very old, we decided to install a new system. They were very busy, so we had to wait a few weeks for the new install. Unfortunately, they showed up a day late due to a scheduling error.
