"I needed a new A/C unit, both inside and out at my apartment in Ocala. Dave and Christian were ..... so great! Polite, kind, professional, courteous. They both introduced themselves, asked if they could the sink or bathroom. Just super nice guys. They collaborated well together and helped each other out. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The compressor was working fine but inside air handler was not blowing air. So we called Ray French to give us an estimate and make the needed repairs as we have done for the past 20 years. Rob showed up at our residence the same day and replaced the parts needed in both the compressor and the air handler. The blower inside the air handler was removed and stabilized. Because our A/C was installed in 2000 we feared that the whole system might need replacement at a price we could not afford. No fear. Rob made the necessary repairs and replacement parts and it is running again just like new. As Rob put it, perfect is better than good. Without hesitation we would call him again.
