"It's very difficult to find an appliance repair serviceman for the Odenville Area. Mr Harrell was very nice and did an excellent job doing a quick fix until he could get the parts. I felt that I had a little longer wait in getting the permanent fix than I anticipated. I was told several times that he would try to come but when he didn't come, he didn't bother to let me know. I would still call him again because he is very knowledgeable ."

"Unfortunately not good. I had to put in a service call on three different occasions for the same appliance. Once in July, then again in August and in October. Each time I had to pay the service fee of $75.00. If it was repaired properly I would not have to continually call for repairs. However I do feel that this problem falls on the company that was contracted not Choice Home Warranty!"

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."

"I was away from home and my daughter handled this; however, she said he was very professional and had a fair service call price. I have to replace my dishwasher. Was so glad to find A-Fair Appliance Service as not many appliance companies repair Bosch. I replaced my Bosch with a Bosch. I would use this company again."
