"The salesman and service personnel were top notch but the personnel in the office could use some training. When you lose a customer's check that was hand delivered some changes need to be made.they lost our check in the office and called and left us a message they were going to charge us a late fee for being late after talking to the service guys who were very professional they realized they lost the check in the office. We gave them the final payment when they finished removing the insulation and installing the drain pipe, we are still waiting on electrician to come out and hook the pump up. So all in all sales and service awesome, office personnel needs training or replaced."
