"In this day and age it's refreshing to find a plumber with experience, customer service skills and excellent prices. A slowly leaking well water pump was installed in less than ninety minutes. Upon completion the job site was cleaned up and a thorough explanation of the features and controls was priovided. In closing keep this gentleman on speed dial, you won't be disappointed!"

"Pipeline Plumbing has done multiple projects for me. They installed a whole house water filtration system, a tankless water heater and a kitchen and bathroom remodel. They also did some outdoor hose bibs. They are professional and reliable. They do quality work and are trustworthy. I highly recommend."

"After several calls back and forth concerning diagnosis and estimate of the job. The calls dropped off because of scheduling and I never got the estimate. I thought they were reputable, friendly and really don't know what happened. I would try to connect with them again in the future and see if we could close the deal."

"Water heater is covered but we need to arrange loan for cost of labor. They have been extremely helpful and we plan for them to complete the job."

"Needed our main line to the septic tank unclogged on a Sunday afternoon. Tim was there at his estimated time and got the job done. Could not ask for better service. Would definitely use his services again."

"I’m so impressed with John and his team. my father worked at our hometown water department and I was raised to believe that good quality water is essential to good health. Carolina Beach has an old infrastructure and a distinct egg for smell while the water is OK to drink it doesn’t smell appealing and this bothered me for my guests. in our Airbnb. Team gave us several options and followed us through the process for at least three months to help us understand how the system works, how to maintain the system, and maximize the life out of this investment. With every project there’s a bumper and we had that but it was not due to John or his team rather Carolina Beach’s water. I’m confident with the softener total house water filtration system and the under sink RO system we are now providing a better quality water as best possible in this area. I couldn’t be more pleased during a process that I was not familiar with, not sure what I needed, but knew we needed to do something. I highly recommend this company."

"Quality and customer satisfaction is very high. All projects and repairs accomplished during the past year are excellent. Completed complete interior painting of house, repaired underground sprinkler system, built several exterior wood structures, re-landscaped garden to provided designs, and more. Highly recommended - trustworthy and very reasonable."

"David was prompt in responding to call. Went out of way to repair in least costly manner! Very satisfied customer! Would definitely hire again!"

"Very Good, Plumber was courteous and did repair. The only reason they got a C in Punctuality and Responsiveness is because when I called on Monday, they could not tell me when they could come, but they called the next day to tell me they were coming."

"This company came the next day after I called them about slow drains and a garbage disposal that would throw ground garbage back into my double sinks. They snaked the drain and said the disposal wasn't piped right so that made it more likely to occur; they added another elbow to it, and it now works like it should and sounds better. They also plunged my bathroom sinks, showed me how to do it by putting my thumb over the drain hole, and they got my toilet working better by replacing the Fluidmaster and adjusting the water level. They are very professional, removing their shoes and wiping up any mess they make, which is very unusual for a plumber as any I have had in the past have always left a big mess for me to clean up. I was very pleased with their service will call them the next time I have a plumbing need, and plan to have them install a new toilet."
