"We had noticed some siding and exterior trim deterioration, so called David Eakes for a repair estimate.  David gave our home's exterior a thorough review, pointing out additional areas that were in need of repair.  Even noticed some shingles missing from roof peak.  We agreed on the work to be done and the price.  David and I agreed that there may be additional repair needs uncovered as the work progressed. 
Job consisted of replacing several pieces of the original siding, front door trim, numerous dormer trim pieces, the shingles as noted above, and caulking/painting many of the trim/siding joints around the house.  Used Miratec material for replacement. 
Additional work above original estimate was less than $150.
As for worksite neatness, they didn't just clean up at the end of each day.  Any scraps or old material were bagged as they went along.

"Wayne and his crew did a spectacular job, at a very fair price. What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments.
