Both Debbie and Robert went above and beyond with respect to customer service. "Lonnie came out and noticed the vent was compacted and metal vent tubing itself had begun to corrode in the ceiling. A new vent was installed in a couple of hours by going through our ceiling. Could have possibly saved our family from a catastrophic event. Checked the alarms, fire extinguisher, and gave me recommendations on CO2 alarms and a 2nd story evac ladder available on Amazon. Will hire again for work on chimney and gas logs."
