"Purchased a $59.00 special on Angie's list. Prompt response by email to schedule. They offered a 4 hour window 72 hours later on a Sunday with no extra charge for weekends. Repairman called 1 hour in advance and arrived at 10:30 which was appropriately within the 10-2 promised window. Lubricated door, tightened belts, serviced motor and found one bracket which was broken. Charged me $25 to replace bracket, making total cost of service and repair $84. Repairman named David was courteous, friendly, prompt and efficient. All in all a perfect service experience.
