He did the crown moulding around the ceiling and trim around the doors and floor, built us a bar-like area, opened a wall and completed a railing for our stairs, and did all of our tile work (shower walls and floor as well as bar area). "From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"Let me say that Jody and Precision Prep & Paint lives the name of his company name. He Prepped, Painted and Stained our House and Deck with Precision and PERFECTION! Jody is a Perfectionist! Might I suggest Jody that you ad Perfection to your company name! ? Jody came out to our aluminum sided home , quoted us a very competitive price and did everything he promised and more. Our home siding had faded over 35+ years of wear to the extent that it had faded from dark brown to almost a reddish color. We chose a really nice blue color and Jody recommended we use “Polar Bear “White paint for the trim to make it “POP” He came out the first day and power washed the house and deck. The next day he spent several hours purchasing the materials and got started with the project which also included some carpentry work. He met and exceeded our expectations by far as you can see from the pictures. Jody was a joy to have working at our house. He cleaned up on a daily basis and became great friends with our crazy dogs and transformed our house into a home that my wife and I had dreamed of for years.
