I needed main floorâ s central AC replaced. A friend recommended me to Eric. I texted him and he responded with a few hours. setting up an appointment was fast and easy. Eric was knowledgeable and timely. My job was extremely difficult based on the location of my air handler and there was a high chance the ceiling would need to be opened for access. When Eric arrived for the job he inspected further and said he was going to try not to have to open the ceiling for access. He and his crew went well beyond what anybody else would have done and meticulously dismantled the old air handler piece by piece. It was time consuming, difficult and energy consuming. But they were able to do and saved me from having a gaping hole in my ceiling. They did an excellent job setting up the new air handler in the same location and even fixed errors the previous installer had made! The entire crew were highly professional, courteous and clean. They put down drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up everything when they were done. "Installers arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Had to have them back a couple of times to balance out the rooms. Some were not cooling properly. After the third time they finally got it right. First technician was a younger guy who was not keen on going into the attic since it was hot up there. He didn't know what he was doing. Second guy the same. Third guy was an older tech that I made a comment about it being hot in the attic and his comment was that this was his job no matter the conditions. Very professional. "We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."
