Edven Benitez called around 12:30 and, as promised, arrived 10 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem (the springs and the cables). I thought the structure/railing was also damaged with a slight bend and might need to be replaced. He was very honest and told me that that was almost certainly not a problem. He did his work very well and was very professional throughout. I would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others"
