The women in the office were also easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for replacement windows!"

"He worked with us to pick the best option. When the install date arrived it was snowing heavily. He called and asked if we preferred to delay (but said he'd be right over if we wanted the appointment). We rescheduled for two days later when it was snowing lightly. He called again to ask if we wanted him to come and we said, "sure". He was very careful not to track in snow even though he had to make several trips in and out. When he left the installation was professionally done and we were impressed that the area was cleaner than when he arrived."

"After 2 years one of the window seals has failed. They claim that this is wear and tear and not a warranty issue. I have made several phone calls and I am told to talk to Doreen. Well, she is always on the phone, never returns my phone calls and doesn't give me an update on the warranty issue. All I received, again, is a proposal for $2802 to replace the window that should be under warranty. This company is a scam and a fraud. If I'm paying 40k for all windows to be replaced they should at least honor their warranty."

"READ ENTIRE REVIEW BEFORE CONCIDERING Wood Windows!! Wood Windows Inc. is a company that I would NOT recommend to anyone based on my experience with them. The installation process of all of the doors and windows that I purchased from them took an excessive amount of time, from January 2021 to January 2022, due to multiple errors made by Wood Windows employees and its affiliates. The installation process was filled with mistakes and issues. The windows were not properly trimmed on the exterior, the laundry room door was installed backwards, the front door was not what I ordered and resulted in 4+ installations and corrections, the hardware was not what we chose and had to be replaced due to all the damages, the interior trim was cut 1/2" short BUT still installed, the garage door was damaged because it hit the frame and still rubs on the hinge side of the frame. We would not recommend Wood Windows for any installation and will tell anyone to stay clear."

Once it arrived, they immediately scheduled a day and time to install it. They arrived on time and the work was completed in a professional manner."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
