"I asked for a ballpark range of cost that could be expected if a person wanted to install a tankless water heater. They said they have no information. I contacted Pronto and they asked me to send them two pictures and they had the job quoted exactly. This is a market space differentiator. Ben Franklin wanted to charge me 29.95 for a quote on Monday. The other company did it over the phone in 15 min for free on Saturday. We have videos and cameras on our phones. Use technology to improve processing where possible. I didn't use them so I cannot speak to anything else."

"This was a somewhat challenging job from the start in that two 40 circuits had to be pulled from our breaker box (which was already full) to a central location in our house on the second floor (through the truss work). The electrical work had to be choreographed with the plumbers who installed the tankless water heaters. Jeremy did an outstanding job. Due to the nature of the job it required several trips to our home, but the finished product looks very nice. I cannot express how comforting it is to work with a punctual, conscientious, and competent service technician."

"Technician vacuumed out the water and determined that the problem was likely related to using the wrong soap. He stayed until it was clear that the drain was working. He advised to cycle through one more time without soap. He did not charge for the service call. We have used Meares three times now, and appreciate their professionalism."

"Experience with 3D Solar was great from start to finish. I did a lot of research and had financing lined up for the project before contacting 3D. I wanted a PV system large enough to produce enough power thru the year to offset completely or close to my entire power bill. The original company i was working with Vivint Solar wanted to charge 10k more for the same amount of Kw installed (10.44Kw). Ryan 3D sales/finance rep emailed me within 30 min of me requesting a quote. Within 3 weeks of initial contact my house was done. 3D exceeded my expectations and the entire team was great and professional, sales, financing, office staff, and the installation crew. I even had the owner of the company stop by the house while the crew was finishing up their install to check up on how things were going and to meet and talk with me about my experience. County inspections were done a day later and passed on first inspection. Now just waiting for duke to install a two way meter and reap the rewards of solar energy."
