We were originally scheduled for Sunday (which surprised me), but they didn't show up until Monday. The worst part was that I had to constantly follow up myself to find out if they were coming. Once they arrived, they were very clear about the process and even helped us file the insurance claim. Their follow-up for drying and cleaning the area was excellent. However, we ran into a major issue: the drying equipment required more power than my house could handle. They had to hire an electrician for temporary panels. The owner explicitly told me he would cover that cost, but I later received an unexpected $3,000 bill that insurance refused to cover. Lastly, I expected them to handle the reconstruction (drywall and flooring). Instead, they referred me to a third party who was very hard to reach. I waited three weeks for a repair that ended up being poor quality. "

I didn't think anything of it... they stopped answering me entirely and cancelled 3 appointments to come get it. It's now been almost 6 weeks. They do not care about their customers and don't keep their word. DO NOT hire these guys. Now I have to dispose of this myself."
