He does great work, responds and communicates well. He's surprised me on a couple of occasions by taking care of some items I thought would require many more dollars to hire a contractor. I didn't mention I live 2,000 miles away from the rental, so it's been a godsend to have Mike onboard. Great guy, does great work."
