"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. I highly recommend Lincoln Sewer and Drainage, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future."

"Did the job. Did not discuss pricing until after arriving. For the visit it costs $75 just to show up and not perform anything. Was trying to consistently sell other things then service requested. Did the job."

"Comandor & Antoine showed up within and hour and addressed my issue. They let me watch everything and talked me through start to finish. It was a dirty job, but they did it with a smile and were fun to talk with. They only did what was needed and didn't try to upcharge me for things I don't need. I have been burned before by sewer companies, and it was nice to find a couple guys I can trust. My only complaint is that the AB and Sons website listed "Power rodding starting at $99". I thought this was too good to be true, and it was. The crew wasn't aware of the website price. Turns out that is for rodding regular drains. Be sure to be clear what you need."

"After checking with a few companies I decided to go ahead with Great Lakes Refinishing.  Matt arrived on time and did a great job.  Everything was taped and cleaned up afterwards.  The ONLY negative is that I was told it would take 4-6 hours while it took 8.  But since I was in and out all day that was fine.  The tub looks fantastic!

"It went well! The repair was very extensive but they did a great job. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them."

"Dom came out to look at the sink. He let me know it would need to be rodded, but the pipe itself was very rusted and may need to be replaced. He tried he best to find a way to get the sink fixed that day without needing to replace anything. Unfortunately the sink is done. He was able to get a technician available right away for tomorrow to start the process of replacement. Very pleased with how this was handled."

"Beautifully done. Had tree roots in the drain pipes"

"I reached out to F3 Plumbing today and they were out to replace my 50 gal Natural Gas Hot water heater within 2 hours. I originally requested a 40 gal but noticed it was a 50 gal and they didn't hesitate to go back to the shop and grab a 50 gal. They had to replace the piping for the water to the heater as it was not the same size and had no qualms or issues doing so. They completed the entire job in under an hour and a half and left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend F3 Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Good, honest, quick and reliable-what everyone hopes to get in any service these days, but especially a contractor."

"Provided good service for a good price, even offered some helpful tips on the type and manufacturer of the disposal to best meet our needs.

"Sewer line froze and backed up into the downstairs bathtub (gross!!) on New Year's Day. Someone was at my house within hours and tried diligently for hours to fix the problem only to learn the pipes needed to be replaced. They came back 2 days later, on time (early actually) and completed the job. The young men that were here for both occasions were professional and had great personalities."
