"After replacing a few of the minor parts, the service technicians came to the conclusion that either the leak was in the very back of the unit, or the whole unit needed to be replaced - which, they said, was not part of the purchased deal. Replacing the whole unit with the pipe would require cutting out a piece of sheet rock in one of the house's rooms, and then inserting a panel in its place. The customer believes this is a misdiagnosis, and the whole unit doesn't need to be replaced.
Additionally, the technicians turned off water supply while customer was at home and then left for almost two hours (to buy parts and run errands) without informing the customer. Better communication is necessary.

It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
