It took less than a month for Big Sun to order and fabricate all the parts for installation. They sent two installers by the name of Jim and Rod who did the installation in one day. "They removed the existing fiberglass shower and replaced it with ceramic tile and enlarged the shower by 30%. Did a great job except the installer did not angle the entrance to the shower to drain back into the shower area, so water leaks on the bathroom floor. Installer came back and tried to fix, but glass wall and door was already installed, so he couldn't do it. I will have to raise the door 1/4 inch so I can install a little dam to block the water from spilling into the bathroom. Overall though, it looks great"
