"Team Enoch sent Jacob and Merick the next day to replace my old water heater with a 50 gallon Rheem water heater. They were very kind, respectful, and professional from the moment they arrived until exit. They communicated with me throughout to educate me on the process and future maintenance. I had a wonderful experience with Team Enoch from the initial call, financing this unexpected expense at an affordable cost, and the final install with excellent warranty coverages. Thank you all for making this a positive experience for me."

"Awesome! This is the second time I've called BCP. James checked my water heater for a possible leak and checked the igniter switch. He called the mfg to discuss the switch and to handle any warranty coverage. We learned that what we thought could be a problem wasn't a problem after all. Thank you so much James and Adam for going the extra mile. You're my permanent plumbing resource!"

"I called inquiring about problem with water taking 5 minutes to become hot in Master bath but other areas in house were normal. Mario said a water heater pump might solve the problem. I agreed to try and Mario came out at the appointed time, installed and explained operation of the pump and it worked like a charm. I was very happy with their knowledge, efficiency and service. Have used them on a couple of other occasions with same satisfying results."

"Before the water heater installation, the technician said that in order to meet code requirement the water heater needed a vacuum breaker, which cost $95 above and beyond the $900 coupon price.  I said to him that the coupon price should be for a water heater that met all regulatory requirements instead of charging me extra for the vacuum breaker that's a code requirement.  He said no.  Since I needed the new water heater badly, I asked him to go ahead to install it and I would call his manager to talk about this.  When I called the manager he said he had to talk with the technician when he returned to the office the next morning.  When I called the manager again Monday morning after he had a chance to talk to the technician, he reduced the charge for the vacuum breaker to $30, perhaps the cost of the parts.  However, I still think that the vacuum breaker should be part of the package cost because they are supposed to supply and install a water heater with all parts required by prevailing codes because it's not an optional equipment.  Also, the technician used a pressure regulator, a flexible copper hose, and a power supply cable from my old water heater instead of using brand new ones.  Since the coupon did not list all these details, I couldn't argue about this, but the previous company which installed my last water heater supplied all these brand new, including the 3/4" brass ball valve for free while I had to pay $95 for it now.
