"I worked with Felipe who works for Alamo Stone. I had text him pictures of the sink. My sink became unglued from the granite countertop and collapsed. For several days I tried finding someone to repair it. Granite company people said it was a plumbing issues and plumbers said it was a granite problem. "I thought that I had a simple grout repair project. But once the tile was removed, it was clear that the existing tile was not properly installed. Walter removed all the tile, installed cement board all around, added water proofing fabric under the tile, and then re-tiled everything. It looks great! "After my brief explanation of the problem, Jose said he was fairly sure that the problem was with a safety switch. And it was. He demonstrated that the oven would not trip the breaker when the switch was disabled. He did not have the exact part and installed a similar to see if it would work. It didn't so he ordered the switch plus two other low-cost switches which he expected would fail in the near future. He hoped they would be delivered so he could have the oven operational before Thanksgiving. The next day I had a voice mail from the office indicating the switches had arrived. I didn't listen to the voice mail until 7:00pm and planned on calling first thing next morning. Shortly after 8:30pm, the office manager called again to see if she could schedule installation of the switches. We scheduled for the next day. Jose came, installed switches, and everything worked. When he replaced one of the other two switches, he found that one had failed earlier which assures the microwave will not function with the door open. Since we had never attempted such an operation, we did not know it had failed. Jose's thoroughness eliminated a potential hazard and a future service call. We are elated to know that First Priority exists and lives up to its name. They responded quickly, thoughtfully, and we felt that they believed and acted as if we are their first priority. Costs were below my expectations and more than competitive with others who provided similar labor intensive repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc)."

"The sales office was good, displays good, response to measure house was prompt, I felt installation took to long after paying down payment of $1100.00 to order carpet, it was done 9 days later, plus installer did not clean up after installing new carpet, there were installation nails left inside the house, pic below, and on drive way, carpet padding trash, bits and pieces were not picked up, pic below, bits and pieces of carpet installation, and carpet fuzz everywhere, not vacuumed, very unprofessional considering i paid an additional $1079.0 for installation, carpet trash also left in closets, where carpet was installed, lots of fuzz, fibers, , I had left the sales office a voicemail on a question on when the carpet would be installed after leaving a downpayment, and I was not called back, plus after carpet was installed i was not emailed a receipt until i notified the office by phone that i wanted a receipt for the installation charge."
