We had a difficult corner in our Master Bedroom with strange spacing, etc. Erica was incredible in coming to a solution and we couldn't be happier with her, her service, the installer, and the company as a whole. I used to sew my own curtains but this area was too complex to wrap my head around, so I called the experts, referred to me by a friend who too had an amazing experience. So I would never tackle a job when I know I have Blinded by Delight as a place to go. If you are looking, stop and look no further. This company is who you want to take care of you and your home."

"Product quality is good and the installation team is absolutely top notch. The issue is that communication of design was very poor and we were sold some windows based on their discretion and not our direction. I carefully walked through the current and desired design myself and after all was done and I reviewed the contract terms (never seeing window design specifics again) signed where told on a tablet without ever seeing the finished window design or layout. Contract was simply agreed to as having valid and agreeable terms of sale and overall price. Later when the measurements were taken, they had my wife sign the confirmation and buyer acknowledgement. Issue is she did not help design the window pattern, was not present when we did the original design, and has never seen any description as to what the different design terms mean. She was simply given and asked to agree to a verbal description of the window design while never seeing a single design picture. Additionally I was not provided a copy of the Buyer Acknowledgement with any design information so I had no idea what she had mistakenly agreed to since I could not be present. As a result of this poor communication and we had 2 sets of windows that were incorrectly designed as picture windows as opposed to correct double-hung to match the existing and desired replacement. This leaves an entire room with not a single window that would open to let fresh air in. After almost 2 weeks of silence the best solution they could present was an additional $5,200 bill to build the 2 correct windows! Management has poor communication skills and likes to skip right past the pertinent information of what you are being sold to push the contract. Management also puts very little effort into any kind of a fair resolution as they have an air-tight contract. DO NOT SIGN RIGHT AWAY. Take your time to review the contract and design specifics, force them to provide description and window mock-up information and maybe your experience will be better. Or, better yet shop elsewhere that has a better customer based management team and save yourself some headache, money and months of a project dragging out. We opted to finish with an alternate brand window as I could not stomach managements solution."
