I was suspect of the inflated cost and called a friend, placing him on speaker so the tech could explain or justify the repair. Needless to say, I declined the service and ask him to leave. The next morning I had another company (Plum Right LLC) to come out and received the service I was expecting, professional, honest and straight forward. Sadly, there are companies out here attempting to take advantage of customers. Benjamin Franklin attempted to over charge me by $600! A $100 job, to include the service charge for $700!! Shame on you Benjamin Franklin! Thank you Plum Right!! EH"
