"We've used Davis and Green before and were delighted with their service so naturally, when the need arose, we called again. Scot came out to the house to replace our whole flood light assembly with a fixture we purchased from an outside vendor. Scot found that the light in the package was not the light on the box. We decided to install it anyway and the light is just fine. What I love about Scot is that he is extremely detail oriented and pointed out every feature that was different so I was able to go back to the vendor and show them as well. "I had a water leak from the hot water heater and everyone was super helpful and nice! Chris was the first one I met and I had ALOT of questions but he made sure to help answer them and if he couldn't Joey did! Everyone from Joey, Will, Diego, Daniel and Chris stayed on top of making sure I had what I needed to fix everything. These guys did an amazing job getting my house back to living condition and even while I was in hotel they checked in and gave me plenty of updates on my house! I am very grateful for their help! "I contacted Underground via e-mail and got a call from the owner, Ms Holt. She was going to have the office contact me. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."
