"I can't say enough about this company. Malik and Matt were very professional, informative, and always there when I had a question. The team at Quality Remodeling kept me updated on what was going on and the installers were very professional as well. They take pride in their work and my bathroom is amazing! I recommend!"

"We’re extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by the team which started the moment we walked into the door for the first time. Many thanks to project manager Andrew who recommended the crystal sapphire quartzite for our kitchen, after we encountered an issue with a previous selection. Marco with quality control and Kerlyn the installer were responsive and ensured a quality job was performed."

"The whole process went extremely well! Things were efficiently scheduled, Tony Tan is experience in electrical, painting, flooring, appliance installation (including gas appliances), total quality was found in Tony Tans trades and co-workers. The whole kitchen came out beautifully! I am now in my 60's, and I have to say that Tony Tan, the owner, is the most honest, hardworking contractor I have ever used--and I have owned over 10 houses. He also never forgets a customer and their importance to him. This is one contractor you can count on, ALWAYS!"

"

Contractor contacted me within several hours of initial call.  Following day, electrician came by and provided estimates based on the features of the fan we opted to use.  Unfortunately, this pricing came in a bit higher then I was expecting.  Several days later I came across a fan in a local retailer that met all my needs and was at an attractive sale price.  I re-contacted Cole Electric and asked if they would adjust their quote to cover just their labor and other materials needed to do the job.  They did this, readjusted their quote and performed the work a day later.

As before, the end result was excellent customer service, a willingness to work with the customer and a clean professional installation.  I was very satisfied.

"This was a great experience with Good Neighbor. Right from the beginning we had difficulty getting quotes from several companies, but Good Neighbor came right out and gave a fair price and multiple options for us. We liked that they were willing to work with our budget and HOA requirements and did not push us always towards the more expensive options. They took care of all the pre-work for us (getting power lines checked, etc.) and when they came to install, the team was early each day, worked hard all day, and the finished product looks better than we hoped. If we have any fencing needs in the future we will definitely call Good Neighbor and highly recommend them."

"Mr. Tan is very respectful, courteous, and friendly. He listens well, and goes above and beyond to please his customers. He did a fantastic job on replacing the floor in my utility room, and faucets to my washing machine. He completed the work in a timely manner. He is a joy to work with. God bless him!!"
