"It was so expensive I couldn't afford it. He wanted to fix the mold but he didn't want to repair the ceiling so I told him forget about it. He just wanted to go on the wall and then bathe them all and then leave. So I never called them back because I never want that. The responsiveness was good."

I left a message to obtain an estimate and my call was immediately returned by the owner who promised that someone would call me back same day to arrange an appointment.  I was contacted by Project Manager, Kevin Quallis who visited my residence the next morning to furnish the estimate.  I showed him everything that needed to be done.  He explained exactly what was needed, how the job would be done, and made suggestions when necessary.  Mr. Quallis is patient, comfortable to talk to, and dedicated to satisfying his clients.
He prepared an itemized bill listing cost of each job. The estimate seemed reasonable; receipts of all materials purchased were furnished.  His crew was sent the next day to begin work.  The guys were respectful and hardworking.  Jobs were done to my satisfaction & I would definitely hire this company again in the future.
