I spoke to Jim and he was able to get a crew sent out right away. They worked until 2 AM and had another crew come over in the morning to keep working on saving what they could in my basement including my doll collection that was passed down to me by my grandmother. They also worked with the insurance company and I really felt they were looking out for me and not just the insurance company. Pride made a horrible situation tolerable. I hope I never have to go through this again, however I know I can call Pride to take care of me."
