While the products recommended seem effective, I chose to have my ducts professionally cleaned. Mold Test Company provided lab results of their testing but could not tell me where their sample were taken, and they did not provide photos of actual mold in my house."

"The company sent a packet with instructions to provide samples from two sites. We returned these in the Priority envelope provided. Within a few days we received an evaluation of the mold. It does not appear to be a serious problem. I would have graded this work higher if the company had provided general guidelines for remediating the problem. We were relieved to find the problem not serious, but would have appreciated more clarity, such as a simple page outlining safe and unsafe do-it-yourself procedures materials materials. (Suggestions I found online, such as whether to use vinegar, bleach, etc., were sometimes confusing, even contradictory.)"

"Great. I used All Dry during Harvey for my whole house and they did an outstanding job. So I knew I needed them this time too. They arrived as scheduled, did a thorough testing of the whole area, found moisture in some walls in addition to the ceiling and removed the additional sheetrock.
