"We were thoroughly impressed with Randy's approach to providing us with a bid. He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

"The project went great. I had them replace my back deck. The deck was done on time. They had to add extra supports since the old deck hadn’t been done to code. A few months later I decided to update my front porch and they did a great job! That fall, we needed a new roof so we hired them again, for a third time and I can’t say enough about their quality and timeliness. I would hire them again."

"Nick replaced our old wooden deck with a screen porch and it turned out perfect. He used quality materials and was super easy to work with. I'm confident he could build any deck/screen porch you can imagine. The best part is he charges quite a bit less than other companies!"

"TCH is amazing. Darren did the bid, and Kathy kept me up to date on the work schedule. It was so nice to be able to call or email and have them answer the phone, or respond to my messages quickly. I have a two story house with a walkout and both jobs were nearly 30 ft high. Cory and Johnny did the work and did an excellent job. They were so easy to work with and did everything just as I wanted it. I also thought their price was very reasonable. I won't hesitate to hire them again."

"Jon shored up our deck and also installed dimmer switches on several of our lights. Jon did a fantastic job as always. We have relied on his various skills several times over the years. His customer service is excellent too. He responds to questions or requests promptly and keeps the customer informed. Very professional and nice."

"This was a tricky project which required replacing deck footings without removing the deck or the gazebo on the deck. They were able to start right away and completed the project in 3 days. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!"

"From the initial estimate and assessment through final touch ups and clean ups Ryan and his crew from FreshLook were on top of everything. Ryan worked well with our contractor to time when he could start painting our exterior (new LP SmartSide) and gave us additional ideas and input to ensure the color scheme and matching came out as best as possible. His painters were on time, detailed, worked quickly while doing an outstanding job. When we made a last minute change to make our porch roof a clear coat in order to see the wood grain vs painted white Ryan helped us clear up blemishes in the wood and had his team out a number of times to ensure everything looked right. We’ve used FreshLook a number of times now and highly recommend them to anyone needing interior or exterior work."
