Ken replaced the sewer pump system and cleaned up the work area. He explained Brocks warranty as well as Zollers warranty. Prior to leaving he made it clear for us to contact his office if we have any issues. Overall, Ken demonstrated professional skills, knowledge and did a high quality job. "It worked out just fine. I had no problems at all. They came when they were supposed to come. They had two guys. I think it took a little bit longer, we were hoping they could maybe squeeze in a few more things. But we had the two hours and they were actually there a little longer and didn't charge us any more. They were great. No complaints. I wasn't really happy with the way the ceiling job turned out, but it really wasn't their fault. We were basically putting a square fan in what used to be a round hole. So the ceiling needed to be patched, but they did what they were supposed to do. And they did best with what we had, because we had already bought the things for them to install. I would not hesitate to call them back to get another quote for something else. We had to go in and change the thing in the faucet. I wish he had told us when we were installing it, because it had this stop so the water would not get real hot, and it would have been nice for them to give us the opportunity to change that. We didn't know anything about it and then we had to go online and figure out how to change that. The water wasn't hot enough. I would have like them to give us the heads up on that. But other than that everything else was fine. The quality of the work was no problem."

"The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.

It is right up against the house and now I cannot connect my hose to it and now the water runs against the house when turned on. It needs to be redone properly. It was not a cheap project and now it is useless."
