"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"I had such a great experience with Liv Air! They serviced my boiler, and from start to finish the process was seamless. Leo is incredibly professional, easy to speak with, and genuinely such a nice person. He?s honest, reliable, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. The technician who came to replace the parts was also wonderful ? very clean, respectful, and efficient. I?ve dealt with other companies before, but no one even comes close to the level of service Liv Air provides. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, and they answer calls right away, which is so rare these days. I?m honestly taken back by how great they were. I highly recommend Liv Air!"

"Have used this company several times and they do excellent work for both small repairs and major HVAC and water heater replacements. Also, they are reliable and always on time! This Company is an excellent choice for your plumbing problems."

"I received a finde product and good service from the company. The only issue was the original crew didn't connect the unit to the thermostat correctly and we had one cold night. We called the office and they promptly fixed the issue."

"They were very responsive and interested to resolve my issue; had gas working but the igniter seems to have failed; after making the repair he cleaned up the rest of the furnace, replace the filter all gratuitously. I recommend them. I think their pricing was a bit high but quality, timeliness, workmanship, social engagement were all very good. I would recommend them."

"Definitely recommend Bayview Mechanical LLC, I called Brian, he came right over, he charged 1 unit for us and the second one I was told by another company the line was rotted, which was not the case it had seized. Brian ordered the condenser and coil and in a few days, Brian, Jay and another guy had it up and running. They worked hard on such a hot day, so grateful for them. Talk about an HONEST hard working company, he doesn't try to sell you warranties or other parts you don't need. Brian will tell you what you need and thats it! (We have had a few different AC and Heating companies) They are not a rip off! Our AC is working better then when we first had it installed. Definitely have our business. So glad my friend recommended him! We will do the same when someone needs a recommendation. These guys are great."

"I hired Alliance to complete several jobs in my newly purchased home including: 1. bringing bathroom and kitchen plumbing up to code, 2. installing a garbage disposal and faucet, 3. installing a new toilet and fixing plumbing to toilet, and 4. multiple pinpoint leaks and pipe corrosion in the basement plumbing. From the start, it was such an easy and stress-free process. Communication was constant through email and text about the service dates and ETA of the team members, which was fantastic as I was traveling back and forth between my current and new home. The estimator (Mike) was at my home the day after I made the initial call and walked through everything with me in a friendly, well-informed, and pressure-less manner. He never tried to upsell me and, in fact, helped me prioritize the most important items to address. The plumbing technician (Andrew) was at my house five days later with all of the required materials and worked for 8 hours on the various items. He even found and fixed another broken component while working which probably saved me additional stress and money! At the end of the service, he walked through all of the fixes, went over the warranties associated with them, and ensured my satisfaction before processing payment. He was so impressive that another contractor working on the painting in my home asked him for Alliance's business card. I would hire Alliance again for any plumbing need and would recommend them without hesitation to friends, family, strangers, or anyone else with plumbing needs!"

"After 33 years of solid service, our central air conditioning system failed on one of the hottest nights of the summer. After spending two hot, sticky days in an extremely warm home, we scheduled appointments with several local HVAC installers to see what options they might offer us for a new system. Happily, one of the companies we found through Internet research and ratings on Angie's List and HomeAdvisor was Air Experts. One of their salesmen, Kevin, was at our house the same morning I submitted an online request for a consultation, and he presented my husband and me with several affordable options for our older home. After hearing from the other companies I had contacted, we found that proposal Kevin prepared for us was the most thorough and affordable of all we received. As soon as the final consultation ended, we contacted Kevin and told him that we wanted to proceed with Air Express. He was able to send me all the required paperwork for review and signature that night, and amazingly, he had installers at our house the next morning. The installers worked diligently for many hours to remove our old unit and install a new one; and my husband and I slept quite comfortably last night with our new air conditioner running quietly and efficiently. Thank you, Air Experts!"

"Great company would highly recommend using their service to anyone. I had three quotes provided from different companies to replace my furnace and A/C. Tamco Air came out and gave us a quote that was lower than the other competitors. The install went well. The men were very professional and hard workers. Excellent service! they were fast, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. The job was completed in a timely manner. They provided me with all the documents I needed for the warranty and answered all of my questions. If I ever need services in the future I will definitely be calling this company again. I highly recommend them! Donâ t be hesitant about calling them for anything. All in all, everything went perfectly."

"Zach was very professional and polite He inspected my entire system and showed me what needed to be done. His pricing was fair and reasonable. After he finished the needed services, he checked every air vent to make sure that the air coming out of them was the correct temperature. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and will use him for all future HVAC needs."
