"This was a removal of a bath tub and separate shower. The tub was replaced with a walk in shower and all plumbing was replaced. They took the drywall out to the studs to reinforce the wall for seat and grab bars for my aging mother. Clear sliding doors were added. It was a beautiful job. They are not the most reasonable but are good quality in any customization and professionalism. I want to mention the following installers as they were very accommodating and cared about their work. This is a very good company. This review is an endorsement of their honesty and admitting what they were confident they could do well and also what they felt they could not do well.

The sales rep was very courteous and knowledgable. He was very thorough and suggested many good ideas. At the end of the first meeting it was apparent that they had lots of experience in remodeling - except one: walk-in bath tubs.
I had conducted much research into walk-in tub, and had become aware of how complex they can be to install properly - lots of plumbing and electrical work on a special fixture. The sales rep said he was not familiar with walk-in tubs, but he was sure that their experienced plumber would be able to figure it out.
I suggested that maybe he should think seriously about whether he wanted to waste anymore of his time working on a bid, because it was likely that we would not choose his company for the job, and I asked that he call me with his decision.
A few days later he called to say that he was not going to bid on our job. I considered this to be very professional to turn away from something he was not familiar with.
Therefore, I rate them VERY HIGHLY.  I would trust to do the work they have experience doing. I would not hesitate to call them again if we have another project.
